Welcome aboard Victor!

Dear Staff,
Starting today, Victor Quijano will be the new acting manager of the Jungman Library. So, if you see a new face at the manager's office, let Victor know that you are excited about him serving as our manager.
Victor has worked at JUN over the past two months, so he is already familiar with our library and its Staff. Victor would have no difficulty making the transition to acting manager, but let's help him to make the transition smoothly.
We appreciate you joining us in providing a warm welcome for Victor.

Program Recap:
What is Digital Fluency and what is the goal of the HPL Digital Fluency program?
Digital fluency is the ability to use technology to achieve desired outcomes. The goal of this program is to gain and understanding of our digital fluency as an organization and identify areas in which we need to we need to provide learning opportunities for our staff.

HPL staff will have the opportunity to demonstrate their current level of digital fluency through an online assessment tool and use it as a guide to improve or gain additional digital fluency through online resources, training modules and individual training. Our priority is to provide you with technology skills development and learning opportunities.
