After School Meal Program at HPL

Houston Public Library is offering FREE after school meals for youths ages 1-18. No registration is required to eat; just show up at a site near you!
This program allows HPL to become key ally in eliminating childhood hunger and promoting healthy foods, but it also helps attract children to the library’s resources and activities.
So far, Park Place Regional Library, Smith Neighborhood LibraryMorris Frank Library, Mancuso and Carnegie Neighborhood Library and Center for Learning are providing meals. Alief will be starting soon.

The nutritious packed lunches are prepared to USDA standards and delivered daily by the Houston Parks Department. First come, first served.
