STAFF DEVELOPMENT WEEK

This Friday we are completing our Staff Development Week with a day of wonderful opportunities of interacting with our co-workers while having fun together.   

During this week, we were taking trainings and tomorrow we will complete the remaining professional development courses and team building exercises. It's going to be a great day!  

Remember, the MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS are: 
6 mandatory professional development courses per staff member:

• 4 pre-selected courses (Customer Service, Diversity, Technology, Safety) 
• 2 Electives from list of offerings 
• 1 Team Building exercise focused on the Future of Customer Service at HPL (instructions will be provided for managers/facilitators)
